- 1 lb. chicken breasts or thighs.
- A couple of juicy limes.
- A splash of red wine vinegar.
- 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed or coarsely chopped.
Marinate for several hours.

- 1/2 tsp. cumin.
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt.
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper.
